Sea Kayaking in the San Juan Islands

The journey begins. I am a little scared of tipping over and falling into the frigid waters of the Sound.

A Small island. The beauty of the view soon makes you forget all of your worries.

A photo of my kayak to show that I did go on the water.

The gang up on top of Eagle Point.

The view from Eagle Point makes it well worth the climb up.

The sun starts to set. These scans don't do justice to the scenery.

I am in heaven. A beautiful view of the sunset, all the crab you can eat and a rum and Coke in hand. I wish I was there right now...

Day two. Eating lunch on an island usually covered with sea lions. That "sand" that I am standing on is actually the crushed shells of what ever the sea lions ate.

Another picture of the island.
